The ballot question just passed in November 2005

Sturbridge is using CPA funds to purchase 845 acres of undeveloped land from Old Sturbridge Village
Southwick
Southwick's percentage is 3%.
The housing authority upgraded the heating system in one of their houses to make it more affordable to live in.
They are currently working on a request for rehabilitation/restoration of the Old Town Library,
