Thousand Cranes Studio will present a Student Art Show on both levels of the Agawam Public Library for the month of February. This exhibit will feature work by the nearly 200 children and teens who attend the studio, ranging in age from 5 to 17 years old.
The studio, located at 505 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, was founded in 2003 by Stan and Sheila Coly as a place where children and teens could explore their creative side in a wide variety of media and projects, either in weekly classes, or during thematic summer programs. Work will include drawings, paintings, clay projects, as well as other 3D works.
Come meet the artists at the exhibit’s opening, on Monday, February 2, 6-7:30 PM. For more information, please call the studio at 789-1039, or visit their website, www.thousandcranesstudio.com.
Viewing hours for this show are during regular library hours.
