Yankee Notions in the persons of Jim Douglas and Tim Van Egmond, folksingers, will feature an extensive repertoire of traditional and contemporary New England folk music accompanied by guitar, hammered dulcimer, English concertina and pennywhistle on Friday, February 9, 2007.
The Agawam Cultural Council has announced their third season of the “Applause” series of cultural events featuring well-known Pioneer Valley and national writers and artists for the fall, winter and spring. These events are free and open to the public. Events are held at the Agawam Public Library, 750 Cooper Street, at 7:30 p.m., except as noted.
