Agawam Cultural Council Plans Tasty Holiday Fundraiser
Just in time for holiday entertaining, the Agawam Cultural Council will present a Holiday Hors D’oeuvres Demonstration by celebrated local chef Mark Tansey. The demonstration, to be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Tansey’s Partners Restaurant at 485 Springfield Street in Feeding Hills, will help fund the Cultural Council’s many activities and programs not funded by the state.

The Cultural Council has successfully partnered with Mr. Tansey in two previous sold-out events. As owner of the popular Partnersy is also the owner of the popular partners restaurant Restaurant in Feeding Hills,is well-known establishment, Mr. Tansey is a respected restaurateur, and a multi-talented chef. In this event,oliday hors-d'election he will demonstrate the creation – and provide samples of – a selection of holiday hors d’oeuvres that are sure to be a hit at your next holiday gathering.
Apple cider or coffee will be provided for everyone attending the demonstration, and a cash bar will be available as well. Prior to the actual demonstration, attendees will be invited to partake of the hors d’oeuvres being presented, and will each receive a copy of the recipes demonstrated during the event. Mr. Tansey’s culinary knowledge and engaging good humor guarantee a memorable evening for all.
This is anticipated to be a very popular event and seating is limited to sixty persons. Timely reservations are strongly encouraged.
