Adult Tai Chi for Beginners
October 27, 2015: Beginning in October and continuing through May 2016, the library will now offer a beginner Tai Chi class at 7:00 on the last Tuesday of the month for adults 18 and older. (This will replace the yoga classes.) The classes are drop-in and no registration is necessary.
Susan Moore, a physical therapy assistant at Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness will be the instructor for Tai Chi. She has over 20 years of experience teaching exercise and mind/body practices including Tai Chi and yoga. She works will people of all ages and fitness levels.
