1/15/2016 - Drop-In Tai Chi for Adults at the Agawam Public Library the last Tuesday of every month through May 2016

     Drop-In Tai Chi for Adults

           January 26, 2016 at 7:00:  Adult Drop-In Tai Chi will meet on the last Tuesday of the month from October 2015 through May 2016. The classes are for beginners, but all adults (18 and older) are welcome to attend. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Susan Moore has over 20 years of experience teaching exercise and mind/body practices including both Tai Chi and yoga to people of all ages and abilities. No registration in needed for these events
