Chair Fit Plus: Beginner Strength Class with the YMCA May 11 & 25, 2016 at 10:30: Chair Fit Plus: Beginner Strength Class meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the Month at 10:30 a.m.
It will focus on the fundamentals of muscle strengthening; including core and balance. All exercises include the use of a chair. Body weight exercises will also be included to make sure everyone gets a good workout!
Come join instructor Ryan Rackliffe and see a sample of what the YMCA has to offer. (Blood pressure checks will also be available.) No registration needed!
