9/28/2011 - Housing Rehabilitation Program Application

The Town of Agawam, with the assistance of the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC), is planning to apply for grant funding this fall to help qualified homeowners in making necessary repairs to their homes. Eligible projects include septic tank replacements, roof repairs, siding replacement, and a variety of other repairs and code compliance work.

 

Homeowners must meet federal income guidelines in order to qualify. Eligible homes must be located in north-central Agawam, including the North End, Springfield Street (and its side streets west to Mill Street), Suffield Street (and its side streets south to Mill Street), or in designated adjacent areas.
