Description:

Town of Agawam, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Meadow Street Drainage Improvements and Water Main Replacement, on 10/06/2022 by 11 am at Town of Agawam, 36 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001, Attn:  Jennifer Bonfiglio Chief Procurement Officer (413-726-9742).   Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid security:  5 percent of the Bid.  Project description: replace approximately 9,500 linear feet of infrastructure.  Substantial Completion:  341 calendar days – Final Completion: 371 calendar days.

Project being bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M and prevailing wage rates as issued by Dept. of Labor Standards under MGLc149s26-27D inclusive, as amended, apply.  Project is funded in part under American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and compliance with certain Federal provisions is required.

MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference on 9/20/2022 at 10 am at DPW conference room at 1000 Suffield Street Agawam, MA 01001. Bids may not be accepted from Bidders who fail to attend.
