We would like to let residents know if you received a text message from our online payment vendor (Unibank) on 11/22/22 regarding an Agawam Water/Sewer bill, the message had an incorrect due date of 11/30/22.
Please disregard the 11/30/22 due date, the actual due date of 12/27/22 is correct on the paper bill you will be receiving in the mail.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are working with our vendor to prevent a reoccurrence.
