DPW UPDATES

Eversource and their paving contractor, Precise Paving, will be repairing a number of their utility patches throughout the city.  This work will occur over the summer months.  We are asking residents to please be aware of this work and to avoid these areas when possible.  It is also important to note that Precise Paving is not paving the entire road.  They are only required to repair the trench, which in many cases is equivalent to half of the width of the road.  Precise Paving will install “No Parking” signs the day before they begin work on a street.  Please avoid on-street parking when these signs appear.

The Agawam DPW will continue to work with Eversource to repair other roads affected by utility patches over the next year.

Please reach out to the DPW if you have any questions, 821-0600.
